We make custom dining, coffee, conference and architectural tables for residential and commercial spaces.
We also offer a range of other custom builds including credenzas, cabinets, benches and statement pieces.

Each piece is made to order, and investment varies with the material, dimensions, design complexity, and scope of the build. The figures below represent the median investment for recent custom commissions.

Most custom commissions are completed within 8–12 weeks from final design approval to delivery.
Timing can vary based on the scale and complexity of the piece, material availability, and our current production schedule.

Design Consultation
We either execute on an established design choice or help our clients develop an idea into something that feels distinctly theirs.

Drawings / Presentation
Once a direction is established, we translate the idea into drawings and visual presentations that bring the piece into view—its proportions, materials, character, and the details that give it its identity.

CAD Drawings for approval
Before construction begins, we provide final CAD drawings to confirm dimensions, materials, design elements and all fabrication details.

Build Phase & Delivery
Upon approval of CAD drawings, we take handle the rest and the build phase begins. We source the material, build the piece in our shop, manage the details through completion, and deliver and install it locally when it is ready.

What follows is a closer, in-depth look at how custom pieces take shape. Our intention is to have well-informed clients who have made an investment in quality-made furniture.
The material selected to make The Penn Desk. Quarter Sawn White Oak, Reclaimed Barnwood. This part of the process is intensive and critical to a successful build process. Each piece needs to provides what is reflected in the design. Character, grain asymmetry, strength and stability as well as overall dimensions that accommodate milling and joinery applications.
Design development:
Our commitment to finalizing details that live with the piece forever.
Not every piece requires the same level of post-contract design development. A straightforward table may be substantially resolved during the initial phase. In-depth custom projects require more attention.
For pieces with specific design elements, the work moves deeper into the relationships that make the piece whole: proportions are refined, exact dimensions are set, and the geometry of each element is considered in relation to the next. The intricate details are finalized, and the build is laid out in plans that carry us through. A unity of complex elements comes together to create a final product.
It is the stage where the design is worked through until it is ready to build.
Each custom design and build comes with the opportunity to bring you a design no one else has. A singular detail or an array of elements that all work together — we make sure each piece is unique to you.
Finished material samples such as White Oak, Walnut & other species of your interest are delivered so you can see how it looks around your space.

Our CAD drawings allow you to see the finalized design at scale through a series of detailed drawings that communicate the build before construction begins.
This final step in the Design Phase is an opportunity to review every detail and make any final adjustments before the project moves into production.

From material sourcing and selection to acclimation, milling, and shaping, our process requires patience —rewarded by wood that responds in kind when asked to take on a new form.

Applying the finish is one of the most rewarding stages of the process, as the color, depth, and character of the grain come to life.
Each finish is given the time it needs to fully cure before delivery—typically 14–30 days, depending on the finish selected.
It is when we are confident the piece needs no further work that we schedule a delivery window or date.

We deliver the piece to your home or business, where it is installed or placed and ready for immediate use. Before we leave, we provide simple care and maintenance recommendations and review the warranty included with your piece.

Complimentary in-home consultations are available for homeowners, businesses, and interior designers. Meeting in the space allows us to understand not only the room itself, but the people who will live or work with the piece every day.

Your visual presentation includes up to three revisions of the initial design before any commitment is required.
